Shipping Policy for Health Synergy

1. Delivery Services: Health Synergy utilises Courier Guy and Aramex for all our deliveries within South Africa. Once we have sent your parcel, you will receive a notification with a tracking link to track your delivery with the courier company.

2. Delivery Timeframes:

   - Main Centers: Delivery to main centers is typically completed within 1-3 business days.

   - Outlying Areas: Deliveries to outlying areas will be made within 2-5 business days.

3. Shipping Fees: A standard shipping fee of R99 applies to all orders. However, we offer free shipping for orders valued over R3000.

4. International Shipping: At this time, Health Synergy does not offer international shipping.
