Shipping policy

1. Delivery services

We deliver within South Africa using The Courier Guy and Aramex. When we send your parcel, you'll receive a notification with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery with the courier.

2. Delivery times

• Main centres: usually 1 to 3 working days.
• Outlying areas: 2 to 5 working days.

3. Delivery fees

Orders under R3,500:

• Standard delivery: R135
• Overnight delivery to main city centres: R200 (order before 14:00 on a weekday)
• Express delivery to rural areas: R300

Orders of R3,500 or more (after discounts):

• Standard delivery: free
• Express delivery to main city centres: R100
• Express delivery to rural areas: R200

You choose your delivery option at checkout, before you pay.

4. International shipping

We don't offer international shipping at this time.
